Not being able to laugh while working doesn't sound like fun to me. All the places that I've worked at had no problem whatsoever about laughing, as long as the work was getting done. when the atmosphere is lighter and all that, then the worker is happy, and aren't happy people supposed to be more productive people? XD IDEK. Even where my republican sister works they laugh. Of course, my sister laughs quite a bit when she's around others. She's generally a laughy kind of person. i can't imagine her putting up with being told off for laughing.
