OMG I DID IT!!!!!! I WATCHED THE NEW MERLIN!



Well I'm not as big a blubbering mess as I thought I would be. My chest actually ached for Gwen way more than I thought it would. I didn't actually tear up until the end when Merlin set Lancelot free. That poor boy. I just want to hug him tight. This is the SECOND person he's had to give a funeral for all by himself. My poor poor bb Merlin.

So there's a bit of an ache in my chest, but I actually feel better having seen it than the awfulness my mind had created. Bradley was fantastic and I liked it way more than I expected to. Somehow this episode kinda made me ok with Arwen. idek guys. how is that possible? Granted, it's Arwen with Gwen totally being ok with the Merthur love affair =DDDD lol

lols happy, if it was Arwen with a Merthur love affair, we would all be happy, including Arthur. Also, now that's Gwen's gone, Merlin has a shot. XD

lol yup. I'm just sad because I have a feeling this is the "big thing I don't know how they're going to fix" that Colin? was talking about after reading the script. Spoilers- I've prepared myself for no magic reveal and that the sword in the stone is the big thing for the season finale, but it still makes me so sad

That's how I felt too! I contemplated not watching on Saturday, and then I decided to, and I actually felt relieved to just know what happened, even though I'm not crazy about the ep by any means.

lol exactly! it was still sad and had so many plot holes- but was better than what I had created.
